Women's Zone

The Women’s Zone is a dedicated space at our triathlon and running events designed to support female athletes before, during, and after their race.

Created with comfort, privacy, and practicality in mind, it’s a place where you can take a breath, reset, and feel looked after on race day.

Inside the Women’s Zone you’ll find:

• A calm, private space for breastfeeding
• Baby changing facilities
• Free menstrual products
• Hair care products – hair ties, bobby pins, clips, hairspray, brushes and combs
• Miscellaneous essentials – sunscreen, deodorant, facial wipes and blister bandages
• A women’s-only changing area
• Dedicated women’s-only portable toilets

Whether you’re racing, supporting, or managing family life alongside your event day, the Women’s Zone is here to make your experience easier, more comfortable, and more supported.
