Giving back to the community

Fundraising

William Campbell Foundation

The William Campbell Foundation was founded in 1998 by William (Bill) Campbell, who, having experienced life in care himself, wanted to create an organisation that supported children and young people in his local community. Today, the Foundation is one of the largest not-for-profit organisations supporting communities across the South Coast of NSW. Through services including Permanency Support and Foster Care, Family Support, Clinical Services and NDIS Support Services, the Foundation works alongside children, young people, individuals and families across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.

Driven by a commitment to Christ-centred care, the William Campbell Foundation creates positive opportunities that empower people to reach their potential and flourish. Your support can help the Foundation continue providing tailored services, strengthening families and communities, enhancing disability support and creating meaningful, long-term change. By fundraising for the William Campbell Foundation, you can help make a real difference in the lives of children, young people, individuals and families in our local communities.

Noah's Inclusion Services

Together, we can help children with disabilities and additional needs thrive.

Run Huskisson 2.0 is proud to support Noah’s Inclusion Services – a not-for-profit organisation working with more than 2,000 children and families across the NSW South Coast.

Established in Nowra in 1981, Noah’s Inclusion Services (Noah’s) has supported local families for over 40 years and now provides therapy, education and support services throughout the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla regions.

Through individual therapy sessions and group-based programs, Noah’s helps children with disabilities and additional needs build confidence, develop important life skills and make the most of every opportunity in life.

You can help to continue delivering vital programs and family support services across our local community.

Caring for a child with a disability or additional need can be both rewarding and challenging. Noah’s is dedicated to walking alongside families every step of the way – providing support, guidance and care when it’s needed most.

Thank you for helping build brighter futures for local children and families.

Rainbow Club

Rainbow Club Australia is a network of social swimming clubs supporting children and young people with a disability. For more than 50 years, we have helped members develop swimming and water safety skills through personalised lessons delivered by specially trained teachers in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Our programs are designed around each member’s individual needs, helping them build skills, confidence and independence in the water while creating opportunities to participate, connect and enjoy being part of their local community.

Funds raised help Rainbow Club continue to deliver accessible swimming and water safety programs for children and young people with a disability. Donations support areas such as specialised teacher training, program delivery, equipment and resources, and initiatives that help more families access Rainbow Club programs in communities across Australia.

SASSI

SASSI supports women and their children across the Shoalhaven and Illawarra who are experiencing homelessness or the impacts of domestic and family violence. Providing three critical services – safety, housing and advocacy – SASSI offers safe and affordable housing, specialist homelessness support, counselling and trauma-informed services to help women and families move towards permanent security and empowerment. Each year, SASSI supports more than 2,400 people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Your donation can make an immediate difference to women and children supported by SASSI, helping provide essential items such as food and food gift cards when they need them most. By fundraising for SASSI, you can help provide practical support, safety and hope to vulnerable women and families in our local community, helping them take important steps towards a safer and more secure future.
